Job summary

Tate is seeking an Engineering Coordinator in Dubai, overseeing daily activities of the design engineering team and ensuring on-time delivery across the Middle East. You will manage schedules, deliverables, and documentation while collaborating with cross-functional groups to support company strategy for the region.

You will coordinate BOM tracking, vendor submittals, and RFIs, maintain master registers, and facilitate client meetings and design reviews to ensure alignment with project

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Management, Construction Management, Project Management or engineering.
• 2–5 years experience in manufacturing, engineering firm, or construction site office.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365, Excel, and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Control, log, and distribute engineering deliverables (specs, submittals, drawings, CAD files).
• Manage incoming/outgoing document transmittals with partners, vendors, clients and subcontractors.
• Coordinate internal technical communication between design engineering, manufacturing, project management and site teams.
• Assist in tracking BOM and vendor submittals.
• Help track RFI logs and distribute engineering clarifications to site teams.
• Organise and minute collaborative meetings, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
