• Coordinate information between architecture, engineering, design, and project management teams.
• Assist with preparation and organization of project meetings and coordination sessions.
• Record decisions, responsibilities, and follow-up actions arising from project discussions.
• Monitor assigned actions and communicate outstanding requirements to relevant team members.
• Maintain structured project files and ensure current documentation remains accessible.
• Support preparation of progress information and internal project updates.
• Coordinate document circulation and review workflows between project stakeholders.
• Assist with tracking project milestones and upcoming deliverables.
• Help maintain consistency between project records, correspondence, and current design information.
• Support multidisciplinary coordination where inputs from several technical disciplines must be consolidated.
• Assist project leadership with administrative and operational requirements throughout project delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of revisions, submissions, approvals, and project communications.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve documentation gaps and outstanding actions.
• Support project reporting and closeout documentation when required.
