Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive site inspections and collect essential property data required for accurate valuations.
  
• Collaborate with internal departments and external clients to source verify and validate critical information.
  
• Proactively identify potential risks data discrepancies and strategic opportunities to enhance the precision of reporting.
  
• Schedule and perform property visits to assess conditions and gather relevant on-site details.
  
• Analyze technical drawings architectural plans and property documentation during the inspection process.
  
• Document field observations and compile clear concise inspection reports.
  
• Contribute to the drafting and review of technical reports ensuring all findings align with on-site realities.
  
• Detect missing information inconsistencies or issues that could compromise the integrity of the final report.
  
• Facilitate the collection of building data necessary for valuation condition assessments and associated documentation.
  
• Maintain an organized system for all inspection records and supporting documentation.
  
• Flag specific risks concerns and improvement areas to elevate overall report quality.
  
• Extract building component details from project documents and drawings when a Bill of Quantities (BOQ) is unavailable.
  
• Provide additional technical support as needed to meet project demands.
  

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
  
• Hold current Dubai Municipality approval or demonstrate eligibility to obtain it.
  
• Maintain a valid UAE driving license.
  
• Demonstrate strong observational analytical and logical reasoning capabilities.
  
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
