Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Hold current Dubai Municipality approval or demonstrate eligibility to obtain it.
• Maintain a valid UAE driving license.
• Demonstrate strong observational, analytical and logical reasoning capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute on-site inspections and collect essential data for accurate valuations.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external clients to source, verify and validate information.
• Identify potential risks, data discrepancies and opportunities to enhance report precision.
• Schedule and perform property visits to assess conditions and gather on-site details.
• Analyze technical drawings and property documentation during inspections.
• Document field observations and draft clear inspection reports.
