Job summary

Dautom is seeking an Endpoint Support Engineer (L2) in Sharjah to provide second-line IT support for end-user devices, OS issues, imaging, and security across Windows and macOS. You will handle escalations from the Service Desk and coordinate with L3 teams to maintain a compliant, secure endpoint environment.

Your role covers provisioning, patching, and deployment using SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune, plus managing AD, Azure AD, and MDM/UEM.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Experience with second-line IT support in enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS endpoint management and security.

Responsibilities

Act as the L2 escalation point for incidents and service requests.
Support desktops, laptops, thin clients, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals across Windows and macOS.
Diagnose OS-level issues, application failures, driver conflicts, and profile problems.
Perform device provisioning, imaging, and deployment using SCCM/MECM and Intune/Autopilot.
Manage endpoint patching, software deployment, and OS updates with compliance.
Administer endpoint security controls (antivirus/EDR, BitLocker/FileVault).
Support Microsoft 365/Office 365 applications, Outlook/Exchange, OneDrive, Teams at endpoint level.
Execute Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID tasks, GPO troubleshooting.
Manage MDM/UEM enrollment and compliance; maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle records.
Document resolutions and build knowledge base articles; mentor L1 staff.
Adhere to ITIL-based incident, request, problem, and change processes;.
Assist onboarding/offboarding, VIP support, and workspace moves.
Display strong hands-on support for Windows 10/11 and macOS.
Tools: Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot; AD/Envelope, Defender and other security tools.
