Job summary

NMC Healthcare is seeking an experienced IT Support professional to provide frontline desktop and endpoint assistance at our Abu Dhabi facilities. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs, printers, and other peripherals, while handling OS deployments, patching, and asset management.

You will respond to user incidents through standard ticketing channels, resolve common issues, and escalate complex problems to senior teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of IT support, helpdesk, or desktop support experience.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and endpoint devices.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems, MS Office, and IT tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for business applications and IT services.
• Respond to incidents and service requests via ticketing systems, email, phone, or in person.
• Escalate issues when needed and ensure timely ticket closure per SLA.
• Assist with password resets, account access, and basic system configurations.
• Support network and connectivity issues and participate in IT projects.
