• Familiarity with sourcing tools, online job portals, and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of UAE labour laws and regulations related to recruitment.
• Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers and construction supervisors to understand labour requirements.
• Source potential candidates through online job portals, recruitment agencies, and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks to ensure candidates meet job requirements.
• Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate the onboarding process.
• Maintain a database of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations in the UAE.
