Position Overview

Cash Management Operations Manager will oversee back‑office operations and system enhancement initiatives within corporate cash management services. Based in Dubai, UAE, this role supports cross‑border financing and trade services while ensuring efficient execution of corporate internet banking and settlement processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash management back‑office operations including onboarding of corporate clients and product setup.
• Support execution of cash management system initiatives including requirement drafting and user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with department leadership to enhance corporate internet banking capabilities.
• Analyse and compile business performance metrics and prepare operational reports.
• Ensure smooth processing of remittances and SWIFT transactions in line with settlement principles.
• Liaise with front‑office teams and internal units such as Compliance, Fintech, and Finance.
• Support project implementation and system migration initiatives.
• Execute additional operational tasks assigned by department leadership.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cash management back‑office operations.
• Strong knowledge of corporate e‑banking platforms.
• Practical experience with SWIFT messaging and remittance processing.
• Understanding of settlement risk principles and operational controls.
