Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator / Customer Service professional to manage the complete Order-to-Delivery process for bulk chemicals. The role involves coordinating the full customer order cycle from Sales Order creation through dispatch and final delivery, while maintaining clear communication with customers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in chemical distribution/trading, bulk chemical sales coordination, order management and SAP/ERP

Qualifications

Bachelor's or diploma in business, logistics, supply chain or commerce.
5–10 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, customer service, order management or sales operations.
Experience in chemical distribution/trading and bulk chemical products is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Receive and process customer orders and ensure information is ready for execution.
Create and process Sales Orders accurately in SAP/ERP systems.
Verify product, quantity, pricing, delivery location, and terms for orders.
Coordinate with the Sales team to clarify customer requirements and monitor orders.
Own the end-to-end order-to-delivery process from SO creation to delivery.
Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse/Terminal, Logistics, Finance and Operations.
