Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead all warehouse operations for its perfume manufacturing and distribution business. You will oversee receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch, while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will leverage SAP S/4HANA, WMS, and advanced Excel to develop dashboards, MIS reports and capacity plans, driving safety, quality and cost improvements across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive warehouse experience with leadership responsibility.
• Hands-on proficiency with SAP S/4HANA warehouse and inventory transactions.
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, XLOOKUP, validation, charts and reporting.
• Ability to create MIS reports, KPI scorecards and dashboards from data.
• Strong inventory control knowledge for raw materials, packaging, components and finished goods.
• Experience in establishing or improving WMS, layouts, SOPs and controls.
• Understanding of receiving-to-dispatch, FIFO/FEFO, batch traceability and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end warehouse operations from receipt to final dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory across all locations and manage stock counts.
• Use SAP S/4HANA for goods receipt, issue, transfers, and movements.
• Resolve variances between physical stock, SAP and WMS.
• Plan cycle counts, perpetual checks and root-cause corrective actions.
• Develop Excel-based analyses, ageing reports and capacity plans.
• Prepare MIS reports and dashboards on performance and accuracy.
• Lead setup and continuous improvement of the WMS and processes.
• Standardize SOPs, processes, controls and performance measures.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Production, Quality, Planning, Sales, Finance and Logistics.
• Ensure dispatch accuracy, documentation, and coordination with transporters.
• Train and mentor warehouse supervisors and staff; drive accountability.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance, especially for sensitive materials.
• Drive continuous improvements to reduce errors, time, and costs.
