Job summary

ACCOR in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Reception Agent to welcome guests from arrival to departure, ensuring a memorable stay and seamless check-in/check-out experiences.

You will greet guests, handle requests, and promote hotel facilities, while maintaining professional service. Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus, and experience with Opera or similar systems is preferred.
