Job summary

Transguard Group in Dubai is seeking a Manager - Manager-Employee Welfare and Relations to lead the EWRT function within Group HR. You will oversee end-to-end employee relations processes, disciplinary handling, terminations, and settlements in line with UAE Labour Law.

The role directs a team of HR Coordinators and Team Leaders, ensures SLA compliance, data accuracy, and timely reporting using Power BI, Oracle, and ESP systems. Strong English communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and its amendments.
Minimum of 2 years’ direct people management experience leading a team of four or more HR professionals.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office with ability to handle large data sets.

Responsibilities

Lead EWRT function and supervise HR Coordinators and Team Leaders.
Ensure disciplinary decisions, terminations, and settlements comply with UAE Labour Law and policies.
Manage ESP queries, SLA adherence, and stakeholder escalations.
Monitor KPIs via Power BI and drive improvements to reduce SLA risks.
Oversee data accuracy and reporting for HR decisions.
