Emirates Group is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to provide high-quality, timely advice and coaching to employees and managers. You will assess and resolve complex matters, partnering with leaders to ensure fair application of policies and local labour laws across the Emirates Group.

You will build strong stakeholder partnerships, guide on best practices, conduct thorough investigations, and drive change initiatives while promoting a positive employee culture and protecting the employment

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years in Employee Relations or HR
• Experience in a customer-facing advisory role
• Experience in an HR advisory role

Responsabilidades

• Provide solid partnerships to stakeholders across the Emirates Group on employee relations case management
• Advise, guide and coach on employee matters to promote best practice and reduce risk
• Manage and resolve complex employee issues, conduct investigations and hearings in line with policies and local law
• Identify recommendations for process improvements and policy revisions
• Monitor employee relations trends and analyse data to propose solutions
• Develop relationships with the business to promote good employee relations and drive initiatives
