About the Role:

As a Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and promoting the Bank's Retail Banking products, including Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Payroll Accounts, and other cross-sell products. You will actively engage with customers through outdoor sales, company tie-ups, promotional activities, and relationship-building initiatives to drive business growth. The role requires achieving sales targets, identifying customer needs, providing suitable banking solutions, and maintaining high standards of customer service and regulatory compliance.

What You Will Be Doing

• Customer Acquisition & Sales
• Promote Retail Banking products including Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Payroll Accounts, and cross-sell products.
• Generate new business through company tie-ups, payroll relationships, outdoor sales activities, and referrals.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business volumes across multiple product lines.
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable banking solutions.
• Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and corporate clients.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, roadshows, and promotional activities.
• Deepen existing customer relationships through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales journey.
• Business Development
• Approach companies and key decision-makers to establish payroll and retail banking relationships.
• Develop new opportunities to grow the customer base within assigned markets and territories.
• Stay informed on competitor products and sales practices to identify market opportunities.
• Governance & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with Central Bank regulations, CPF requirements, and Bank policies.
• Follow ethical sales practices and avoid any form of mis-selling or inappropriate product recommendations.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity in all customer interactions and documentation.
• Escalate exceptions and risk-related concerns as required.
• Collaboration & Operational Excellence
• Work closely with Credit, CROPS, and Sales Management teams to facilitate business processing.
• Ensure timely follow-up on customer applications and sales leads.
• Contribute to team objectives while maintaining high productivity and service standards.

Minimum Qualification

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience selling Retail Banking products with a bank.
• Proven experience in direct sales, customer acquisition, or relationship management within Retail Banking.
