AlFuttaim is seeking an Emiratisation Manager in Dubai to lead the Retail Emiratisation program. You will be responsible for aligning with nationalization targets, driving recruitment, and development of Emirati talent.
The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of relevant Emiratisation or HR experience, a graduate degree, and strong interpersonal skills. This full-time position offers a salary range of 22,000-32,000 AED.
