Position Overview: Responsible for leading, managing, and continuously improving the Retail Emiratisation program. Ensures alignment with nationalization targets, partners with government bodies, HR, and senior leadership, and drives recruitment, development, and retention of Emirati talent across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and drive the Emiratisation strategy aligned with group goals

• Coordinate with line managers to achieve National Development Program goals
• Manage function budget requirements and track operational expenses
• Build networks with national placement agencies, universities, and technical boards

• Maintain strong relationships with government bodies involved in Emiratisation
