Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Banking or Financial Services.
• Experience in 1LOD, Risk, Operations, or Controls environment.
• Knowledge of risk management and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers and act as a point of contact for customer servicing needs.
• Onboard customers and resolve service requests in a timely manner.
• Promote digital banking adoption and assist customers through onboarding journeys.
• Maintain customer engagement records and service metrics.
