Job summary

Commercial Bank of Dubai (CBD) is seeking an experienced professional to manage an Emerging Business Banking portfolio and acquire new relationships. You will analyze client data to support credit proposals, conduct regular client visits, and develop cross-sell strategies to deepen multi-product relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management or related discipline.
MBA/CFA/CA/ACCA preferred.
5-7 years in business banking with UAE exposure.

Responsibilities

Maintain and manage an assigned portfolio of Emerging Business Banking clients to retain and grow relationships.
Identify, solicit, and acquire new Emerging Business Banking relationships in line with growth plans.
Prepare credit proposals and recommend facilities per underwriting standards.
Conduct regular client visits for relationship management and portfolio monitoring.
Develop account plans and cross-sell retail business banking products to deepen relationships.
Ensure timely credit administration and portfolio review within agreed cycles.
Stay updated on market trends and identify business opportunities.
