Job summary

Emirates NBD Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager – Emerging Affluent within Priority Banking to grow and maintain relationships with affluent clients. You will manage portfolios, profile clients, and address Forex, Liabilities and Asset needs, aiming to meet sales targets and provide excellent service.

This role focuses on serving salaried individuals and requires adherence to regulatory requirements and strong customer engagement to drive portfolio growth.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business or Finance.
• 1–3 years of sales experience within financial services/banking.
• Experience across Retail and Wealth Management.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and sustain virtual relationships with clients to retain them through dedicated relationship management efforts, addressing service quality and operational concerns.
• Achieve financial targets by selling and cross-selling bank products, focusing on portfolio and asset growth, wealth referrals and successful closure of referrals and Forex transactions.
• Adhere to operational risk policies, sales processes and regulations, ensuring compliance with KYC procedures and safeguarding Emirates NBD’s reputation.
• Ensure daily customer contact is maintained and monitored to guarantee all portfolio clients receive necessary support and assistance.
• Maintain exceptional service quality to positively influence CSAT scores within your portfolio.
• Complete mandatory training and certifications promptly while maintaining punctuality, meeting deadlines and adhering to Emirates NBD’s dress code policy.
