OKX is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to partner with core business teams across EMEA and globally. You will design end-to-end recruitment strategies, build executive pipelines, and navigate regional markets to accelerate hiring for fintech, crypto, and financial services.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will lead high-impact sourcing, oversee complex negotiations, and coach hiring managers on structured assessments while shaping OKX's hiring playbook and candidate

Formación

• 6+ years of full-lifecycle talent acquisition experience in fast-paced fintech/financial services or executive search
• Proven track record closing senior passive talent in finance/fintech ecosystems
• In-depth understanding of cross-border EMEA hiring practices and regional regulations
• Strong business acumen with recruitment metrics, funnel analytics, and market intelligence

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategies across corporate functions
• Build and execute targeted sourcing campaigns to engage senior talent globally
• Navigate EMEA hiring dynamics and manage regional notice periods and candidate expectations
• Advise leadership with market intelligence on trends, salary benchmarks, and org design
• Articulate OKX’s EVP to bridge traditional finance talent with Web3 and crypto
• Direct senior-level offer formulations and equity/token incentive discussions
• Coach hiring managers and interview panels on structured assessments and candidate experience
