Job summary

OKX is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to partner with core business teams as we expand across EMEA and globally. You will architect hiring processes, drive proactive sourcing, and shape the future of talent strategy in a fast-growing fintech environment.

As a strategic partner, you will guide executive and specialized pipelines, manage regional nuances, and lead end-to-end recruitment initiatives while reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-lifecycle talent acquisition experience in fast-paced corporate or fintech environments.
• Experience leading strategic hiring initiatives and executive recruitment.
• Ability to leverage metrics, funnel analytics, and market intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategies across functions as organizational priorities scale.
• Build and execute targeted sourcing campaigns to engage senior passive talent globally and in EMEA.
• Navigate complex EMEA hiring dynamics, manage notice periods, expectations, and talent pools.
• Advise leadership on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and organizational design.
• Articulate the employer value proposition to bridge traditional finance with Web3.
• Direct senior-level offer formulations and complex negotiations with People Operations support.
• Coach hiring managers on structured assessments and candidate experience.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to partner with our core business teams as we expand our footprint across EMEA and globally.

In this role, you will act as a strategic talent partner and operational leader-building and cultivating executive and specialized talent pipelines, navigating nuanced regional markets, and optimizing end-to-end recruitment delivery. You will have the opportunity to architect hiring processes from scratch, drive proactive sourcing strategies prioritizing diversity, and help shape the next evolution of OKX. This role reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Strategic Talent Leadership: Define, design, and lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategies across corporate governance, legal, compliance, risk, and operational business functions as organizational priorities scale.
• Proactive Sourcing & Pipeline Architecture: Build and execute targeted sourcing campaigns to engage and close high-caliber passive talent across global and EMEA talent hubs.
• Regional Market Navigation: Navigate complex EMEA hiring dynamics, proactively managing regional notice periods, candidate expectations, and competitive talent pools to maintain velocity and operational efficiency.
• Talent Intelligence & Advisory: Conduct competitor mapping and gather market intelligence across fintech, traditional banking, and crypto to advise leadership on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and organizational design.
• Employer Value Proposition: Articulate OKX’s vision to bridge traditional corporate and financial services talent into Web3 and decentralized finance.
• Complex Negotiations & Closing: Direct senior-level offer formulations, equity/token incentive structuring, and complex negotiations, partnering closely with People Operations for seamless onboarding.
• Hiring Manager Coaching & Governance: Act as an expert advisor, upskilling hiring managers and interview panels on structured assessment frameworks, interview best practices, and high-touch candidate experience.

What We Look For In You

• Experience: 6+ years of full-lifecycle talent acquisition experience within a fast-paced corporate environment, high-growth fintech/financial services firm, or executive search firm, with demonstrated experience leading strategic hiring initiatives.
• Sourcing & Closing: Proven track record of identifying, engaging, and closing senior passive talent across competitive finance, banking, or fintech ecosystems.
• EMEA Labor Knowledge: In-depth understanding of cross-border EMEA hiring practices, regional employment regulations, statutory notice periods, and hiring frameworks (FTE vs. contractor, local entities vs. EOR).
• Strategic Influence & Data Fluency: Strong business acumen with hands‑on experience leveraging recruitment metrics, funnel analytics, and market intelligence to guide executive decision‑making.
• Agility & Ownership: High degree of comfort operating in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments with changing business priorities.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional consultative communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Haves

• Deep familiarity with EMEA fintech, traditional banking, and digital asset/Web3 ecosystems.
• Working knowledge of regional regulatory environments affecting financial talent hiring (e.g., MiCA, AML frameworks, PSD2/PSD3, FCA, BaFin, DASP).
• Experience recruiting within a globally distributed, multilingual organization.
• Genuine interest or personal background in blockchain technology, crypto, and decentralized finance.
