Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Manager, Revenue Projects - EMEA to join our Dubai Corporate Office. This role provides accelerated development in regional revenue strategy, pricing, distribution, and performance analytics, with exposure to senior leaders and cross-property collaboration across the EMEA region.

You will work on optimizing pricing, inventory, and channel performance, supported by structured development projects and mentorship.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum two years of experience in Revenue Management, Reservations, Hotel Operations, Financial Analysis, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for working with data.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, OPERA PMS, IDeaS RMS, Amadeus Hospitality solutions, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

Analyze key hotel performance metrics including RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, and GOPPAR to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Evaluate market intelligence, competitor pricing, and demand patterns through revenue benchmarking and rate-shopping tools.
Support regional revenue initiatives and strategic projects aimed at optimizing pricing, inventory, and channel performance.
Participate in hotel performance reviews and commercial discussions to better understand market dynamics and revenue-driving strategies.
Assist with revenue system audits, configuration reviews, and setup requirements for new hotel openings.
Analyze the effectiveness of distribution channels and partner performance.
Support rate parity monitoring and distribution optimization efforts.
Assist with troubleshooting and process improvement initiatives related to revenue and distribution systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and commercial effectiveness.
Gain direct exposure to senior Revenue Management leaders and participate in strategic decision-making processes.
Develop advanced analytical, presentation, and commercial strategy skills through real-world projects and mentorship.
