Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, finance, or related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in Revenue Management, Reservations, Hotel Operations, Financial Analysis, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a passion for working with data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, OPERA PMS, IDeaS RMS, Amadeus Hospitality solutions, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze hotel performance metrics including RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, and GOPPAR to identify trends and opportunities.
• Evaluate market intelligence, competitor pricing, and demand patterns through benchmarking and rate-shopping tools.
• Support regional revenue initiatives and strategic projects aimed at optimizing pricing, inventory, and channel performance.
• Participate in hotel performance reviews and commercial discussions to better understand market dynamics and revenue-driving strategies.
• Assist with revenue system audits, configuration reviews, and setup requirements for new hotel openings.
• Analyze the effectiveness of distribution channels and partner performance; monitor rate parity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and commercial effectiveness.
