Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Dubai is seeking a Manager, Revenue Projects - EMEA to join our Corporate Revenue Management team. This accelerated development path provides hands-on exposure to regional revenue strategy, pricing, distribution, and performance analytics.

You'll collaborate with hotels across the region, work on strategic projects, and learn from senior leaders to prepare for future Revenue Management leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, finance, or related field.
• At least two years in revenue management, reservations, hotel operations or analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data focus.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; knowledge of BI/analytics tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze hotel performance metrics (RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, GOPPAR) to spot trends.
• Evaluate market intelligence, competitor pricing and demand patterns.
• Support pricing, distribution, and channel optimization initiatives.
• Contribute to hotel performance reviews and commercial discussions.
• Assist with revenue system audits and setup for new openings.

We are looking for an analytical, curious, and ambitious professional to join our Corporate Revenue Management team as Manager, Revenue Projects. Reporting to our Area Director of Revenue – EMEA, and based in our Dubai Corporate Office, you will support Revenue Management across a region through performance analysis, reporting, and strategic project work. You will help identify revenue opportunities, optimize commercial performance, and contribute to initiatives that drive topline growth across the portfolio.

What You Will Do

Revenue Management & Performance Analysis

• Analyze key hotel performance metrics including RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, and GOPPAR to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Evaluate market intelligence, competitor pricing, and demand patterns through revenue benchmarking and rate-shopping tools.
• Support regional revenue initiatives and strategic projects aimed at optimizing pricing, inventory, and channel performance.
• Participate in hotel performance reviews and commercial discussions to better understand market dynamics and revenue‑driving strategies.
• Assist with revenue system audits, configuration reviews, and setup requirements for new hotel openings.

Distribution & Commercial Projects

• Analyze the effectiveness of distribution channels and partner performance.
• Support rate parity monitoring and distribution optimization efforts.
• Assist with troubleshooting and process improvement initiatives related to revenue and distribution systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data accuracy and commercial effectiveness.

Professional Development

• Gain direct exposure to senior Revenue Management leaders and participate in strategic decision‑making processes.
• Develop advanced analytical, presentation, and commercial strategy skills through real‑world projects and mentorship.
• Have the opportunity to travel for a Task force and assist one of our sister properties.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in Revenue Management, Reservations, Hotel Operations, Financial Analysis, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a passion for working with data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, OPERA PMS, IDeaS RMS, Amadeus Hospitality solutions, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics is a plus.
