• 4+ years in vendor management or operations.

• English and Mandarin Chinese speaking required.
• Overseas study/work experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee landing destination services across EMEA, manage local vendors, improve employee satisfaction, standardize processes.
• Assign EMEA cases to vendors and ensure high service levels with global/local partners.
• Serve as main contact for escalations; coordinate service delivery and resolution.
• Monitor vendor spending; review invoices for cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with Policy, HR, and business teams to ensure readiness.
• Improve employee experience by updating knowledge base and training stakeholders; create country checklists.
• Participate in new RMC tender procurement and evaluation.
