Job summary

Abbott is seeking an EMEA Demand Manager for its UAE location within the Rapid Diagnostics Division. The role focuses on forecasting, demand planning, and cross-functional collaboration to align regional and country plans with financial targets.

You will lead S&OP processes, develop regional forecasts by SKU, and support commercial reviews while coordinating with demand generation managers to turn demand into execution plans.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in the region preferably from medical devices/ diagnostics industry.
• Able to navigate in a cross functional environment.
• Ability to anticipate risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage EMEA Demand forecasting and planning processes.
• Develop country/regional sales forecasts by SKU across rolling 12–24 months.
• Coordinate with country demand generation managers to convert demand into sales action.
