Job summary

Manpower Middle East represents a leading multinational healthcare organization seeking a Senior Demand Planner to join the Supply Chain team in Dubai. You will own end-to-end demand planning, IBP coordination, forecast accuracy, and inventory stewardship for the DPS franchise.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in supply chain planning, with strong Excel skills and SAP S4H experience. Collaboration with Commercial, Marketing, Finance and regional teams will drive performance in

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or related field.
5+ years in Supply Chain, Demand Planning and IBP.
Advanced Excel skills.
Experience with SAP S4HANA.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end demand planning and forecasts using statistical analysis.
Manage IBP process across Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Regulatory, and Supply Chain.
Monitor KPIs: Forecast Accuracy, OTIF, Inventory Health, Back Orders, NTS Delivery.
Control inventory targets and reduce SLOB risk.
Support launches and NPI phase-ins.
Lead supply risk assessment with regional/global stakeholders.
Oversee CAPEX forecasting, allocation, order management and fulfillment.
Drive process improvements in supply chain operations.
