Ignite Group in Dubai seeks an experienced ELV Estimation & Tendering Lead to drive the end-to-end estimation process for ELV projects, including reviewing drawings, BOQs and specifications, and preparing detailed cost estimates and competitive quotations.

The role requires 5–7 years in ELV estimation within the UAE, with expertise in CCTV, ACS, SCS, Gate Barriers, Intercom, IPTV, AV and BGM systems, and a solid grasp of ICT passive and active systems. A relevant Electronics degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of ELV estimation and tendering experience in the UAE.
• Experience estimating ELV solutions (CCTV, ACS, SCS, Gate Barrier, Intercom, IPTV, AV, BGM).
• Understanding of ICT passive systems incl. fiber optic and copper cabling, IDF/ODF cabinets and active systems (storage, switches, firewalls, servers).
• Experience with du/Etisalat requirements and SIRA regulations and standards.
• Professional certification from recognized ELV manufacturers is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics engineering or equivalent field.

Responsabilités

• Lead estimation and tendering process for ELV projects.
• Review tender drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements.
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates.
• Develop competitive and accurate technical/commercial quotations.
• Review and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing and terms.
• Select ELV products, systems, and solutions based on project requirements.
• Prepare technical compliance, deviations, exclusions, and tender clarifications.
• Identify scope gaps, risks, variations, and potential cost impacts.
• Conduct value engineering and cost optimization to improve competitiveness.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement and Project teams.
• Review and guide estimation work by the team.
• Maintain ELV material cost databases and supplier pricing records.
• Prepare budgetary estimates and support feasibility studies.
• Support contract/variation pricing and commercial negotiations.
• Ensure tenders are completed accurately and submitted within deadlines.
• Stay updated on ELV technologies, products, market pricing, and industry standards.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in ELV estimation and tendering in the UAE.
• Proven experience in estimating ELV solutions including CCTV, ACS, SCS, Gate Barrier, Intercom, IPTV, AV and BGM systems.
