Job summary

AL FISHT ELECTROMECHANICAL WORKS L.L.C is seeking an ELV Project Manager to oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of IP networks, CCTV, access control, fire alarm, AV, and BMS systems within the construction sector. The role requires 5+ years of ELV project leadership and UAE residency.

You will coordinate with clients and consultants, manage budgets and schedules, and review technical submittals to ensure high quality and compliance with standards. Immediate joiner preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years of ELV project management experience in construction or infra.
• Certifications PMP or RCDD or vendor-specific ELV certs.
• Must be immediate joiner and based in UAE.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design installation and commissioning of Extra-Low Voltage ELV systems including IT security audiovisual and building automation
• Develop and manage project schedules budgets and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion
• Coordinate with clients consultants and contractors to define project scope technical requirements and performance expectations
• Review and approve technical submittals shop drawings and material specifications for ELV systems ensuring compliance with standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in managing ELV projects within the construction or infrastructure industry
• Professional certifications such as PMP, RCDD, or vendor-specific certifications in relevant ELV technologies
• Expertise in various ELV systems: IP networks, CCTV, access control, fire alarm, AV, BMS, and structured cabling
• MUST be immediate joiner
• MUST be in UAE
