Job summary

Nobu at One&Only One Zaabeel Dubai is seeking a passionate Sommelier to curate wine experiences that complement Nobu’s world-renowned dining concept. You will recommend pairings, manage the wine program, and deliver personalized service to a discerning guest base.

You will work closely with a luxury hospitality team, maintain stock, and pursue ongoing wine education; a wine studies certification is preferred and experience in luxury F&B is required.

Qualifications

• Passion for wines and knowledge of regions, varietals, vintages, and pairing techniques.
• Experience as a sommelier or in luxury F&B with guest engagement.
• Professional, personable and able to thrive in fast-paced luxury settings.

Responsibilities

• Recommend wine pairings to complement Nobu’s dining concept.
• Maintain and expand wine knowledge for the program.
• Manage wine inventory and stock levels.
• Deliver personalized service to guests and engage with the restaurant team.
