Job summary

Nobu at One&Only One Zaabeel Dubai is seeking a passionate Sommelier to curate wine experiences that complement Nobu’s world-renowned dining concept. You will recommend pairings, manage the wine program, and deliver personalized service to a discerning guest base.

You will work closely with a luxury hospitality team, maintain stock, and pursue ongoing wine education; a wine studies certification is preferred and experience in luxury F&B is required.

Qualifications

• Passion for wines and knowledge of regions, varietals, vintages, and pairing techniques.
• Experience as a sommelier or in luxury F&B with guest engagement.
• Professional, personable and able to thrive in fast-paced luxury settings.

About the Role

As a Sommelier at Nobu you will play a key role in curating exceptional wine experiences that complement Nobu s world-renowned dining concept.

Qualifications

• You are passionate about wines and possess a strong understanding of wine regions, varietals, vintages, and pairing techniques.
• You have previous experience as a Sommelier or in a luxury Food & Beverage environment, with the confidence to engage guests and provide expert recommendations.
• You are personable, professional, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
• A certification in wine studies is preferred, and your dedication to exceptional guest service and continuous learning makes you an excellent fit for the Nobu team.
