Prime Luxury Properties is seeking a dynamic Property Consultant to join our team specializing in the high-end real estate market. You will connect discerning clients with luxury properties, guiding buyers, sellers, and lessees through premium experiences.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of luxury market trends, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in luxury sales or consulting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in luxury real estate sales or property consultancy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Identify and engage high-net-worth clients seeking luxury properties through networking and targeted marketing.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to provide clients with accurate data on property values and trends.
• Facilitate property viewings and present detailed information about amenities, features, and pricing.
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to secure the best possible terms.
• Collaborate closely with legal, finance, and inspection teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, property listings, and sales activities.
• Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies to promote luxury property listings effectively.
• Provide ongoing advice and support throughout the entire transaction process to enhance client satisfaction.
