Qualifications

• 3–5 years of luxury real estate sales experience in the UAE.
• Proven track record closing high-value transactions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Professional presentation and high emotional intelligence.
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi luxury market.
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, family offices, and corporate clients; provide tailored advisory throughout buying, selling, and leasing; deliver premium concierge-level service.
• Source and secure exclusive luxury listings; market properties through strategic channels; conduct private viewings and curated presentations; ensure listings meet presentation standards.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s luxury market, advise on investment potential and ROI, and develop relationships with premium developers.
• Lead complex negotiations to secure favorable outcomes; manage high-value transactions with discretion; ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Expand personal and corporate networks within the luxury segment; attend exclusive events to generate opportunities; develop referral partnerships.
