Job summary

Enclave Real Estate, a premier Dubai brokerage, seeks a highly motivated Property Advisor to guide investors to the right properties and negotiate deals. You will manage client portfolios from first enquiry through after-sales.

This role offers uncapped earning potential via 55–65% commission, daily fresh international leads, and full marketing support. Visa and health insurance are fully covered, with flexible working hours and dedicated admin support in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in property sales or luxury sales.
• Proven track record of AED 40M+ in total sales over the last 12 months.
• Strong client service and relationship-building skills.
• Solid knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
• Fluent English plus one or more additional languages (e.g. Russian, Portuguese, Polish, German, Dutch).
• Valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

• Guide international and local investors to the right properties.
• Negotiate and close deals, share market insights.
• Manage client property portfolios from enquiry to after-sales.
• Provide ongoing client support and account management.
