Job summary

Freedom Broker Global Markets, part of Freedom Holding Corp., is assembling an elite Wealth Management team in its UAE unit to serve UHNW clients. You will lead a small initial team of Relationship Managers, drive client acquisition, and oversee AUM growth in a regulated environment.

The role offers a founding leadership position with cross-functional exposure across Compliance, Operations, Risk and Product, and a fast-growing regional network.

Qualifications

• Proven record leading a Wealth/Private Banking team and achieving KPIs.
• Strong sales history with HNWI/UHNWI clients.
• Experience with regulated environments (ADGM/FSRA/DFSA/FCA).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Wealth Management/Relationship Management team (2–4 RMs initially).
• Set and manage KPIs for accounts, AUM, and trading activity.
• Coach and develop RMs; conduct performance reviews.
• Recruit and onboard new RMs as the team scales.
• Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients and drive AUM growth.
• Cross-sell full brokerage products and expand assets under management.
• Own the sales pipeline, CRM reporting, and senior leadership updates.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, Risk, and Product to ensure compliant onboarding and servicing.
