Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury retail or fine jewelry, with a strong and verifiable sales record.
• Established personal client book within the UAE or wider GCC.
• Genuine product passion and knowledge across fine jewelry and luxury goods.

Responsibilities

• Drive individual sales performance to meet boutique KPIs and targets.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for new client acquisition and portfolio development.
• Support clienteling initiatives and boutique events to enhance the commercial environment.
• Build and maintain a personal VVIP client portfolio with personalized service.
• Maintain detailed client records, including purchase history and preferences.
• Re-engage clients through personalized outreach and promotions for new arrivals.
