Job summary

Befit in Dubai is seeking a Sales Executive to join our premium fitness solutions team, representing leading brands and delivering high-end equipment to homes, private gyms and commercial projects.

You will engage with walk-in customers and leads, assess space and budget, demonstrate equipment, and manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to closing, all while delivering a first-class showroom experience for premium customers.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales experience in premium/high-value sectors.
• Experience with high-value customers preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for fitness or premium brands is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Engage with walk-in customers, leads, referrals and existing clients to identify sales opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements, goals, space, and budget to recommend equipment.
• Present and demonstrate premium equipment and communicate features and benefits.
• Manage full sales cycle from enquiry to quotation, negotiation, and closing.
• Build and maintain relationships with premium/high-value customers.
• Follow up on leads to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities across Befit products.
