Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales experience in premium/luxury sectors.
• Experience handling high-value sales and premium customers.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Confident and polished communication style.
• Target-driven with a strong commercial mindset.
• Excellent follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
• Passion for fitness, wellness, lifestyle, or premium brands is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Engage with walk-in customers, leads, referrals, and existing clients to identify sales opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements, fitness goals, space, and budget to recommend the right equipment and solutions.
• Present and demonstrate premium fitness equipment and communicate product features and benefits effectively.
• Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry and consultation through quotation, negotiation, and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with premium and high-value customers.
• Proactively follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across equipment, accessories, apparel, and other Befit products.
• Maintain excellent showroom standards and deliver a premium customer experience.
