Landmark Group’s Fitness First UAE unit in Dubai seeks a Sales & Customer Service Executive to ensure excellent guest service by following SOPs and delivering on standard processes. The role collaborates with Unit Management to optimize service quality, sales promotions, and guest experience across leisure and retail settings.

Ideal candidates have hotel/retail hospitality background with 2–4 years in leisure, retail, or hospitality, and exposure to multi-site operations within the UAE.

Qualificações

• Hotel/retail hospitality background preferred.
• 2–4 years experience in leisure/retail/hospitality.
• 1 year in multi-site management preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Operational standards and management in-store.
• Collaborate with Unit Management to optimize revenue from current product mix.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, customer service standards, and company policies.
• Maintain company image and adhere to dress code.
• Execute sales and promotions professionally and promptly.
• Fill and monitor area checklists and responsibility owners.
• Monitor activities in assigned area and coordinate events.
• Organise parties and manage final bill preparation and cash collection.
