We are looking for an experienced Elevator Troubleshooting Expert to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on experience in elevator fault diagnosis, controller troubleshooting, breakdown handling, and resolving complex technical issues across multiple elevator brands.

Role Description

The Elevator Troubleshooting Expert is a full-time, on-site role based at Sandfield Cosmetics’ facility in Dubai. This role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining elevator systems to ensure safe and reliable operation across the site. Day-to-day tasks include performing routine inspections, identifying mechanical, electrical, or control system issues, and implementing corrective actions in a timely manner. The expert will respond to breakdowns, conduct preventive maintenance, document all service activities, and coordinate with facility management and external vendors when required. The role also involves monitoring compliance with safety standards, advising on upgrades and improvements, and training colleagues on proper elevator use and basic safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities for elevator mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
