Job summary

KONE Middle East UAE is hiring a Service Engineer to plan, manage and oversee contracted field service work for elevator solutions in Sharjah. You ensure safe, high‑quality installations in line with schedule and budget, acting as the main technical contact for customers.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical, Mechatronics, Electronics or Industrial Engineering, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Electronics or Industrial Engineering.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in elevator service operations or service sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for customer satisfaction through quality of service and precise communication.
• Managing and controlling field service operations to meet contract requirements, policies and KONE processes.
• Control of field operations costs including callouts and service repair sales.
• Managing third‑party inspection visits and follow‑up actions.
• Validates the service contract and technical terms with sales.
• Accountable for planned maintenance scheduling, optimized routing and site audits.
• Investigating accidents and reporting according to company policy.
• Leading and developing assigned technicians and their competencies.
