Job summary

EDGE, headquartered in the United Arab Emirates, seeks a Principal Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance, reliability, and readiness of advanced radar and EW systems in Abu Dhabi. You will lead engineering teams, drive preventive maintenance, and coordinate system upgrades, calibration, and integrations.

The role requires 10–15 years in radar/EW maintenance, fluency in Arabic, and a strong background in RF theory and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 10–15 years of maintenance/deployment experience in radar or EW systems.
• Strong knowledge of RF principles and radar theory (phased array, AESA).

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning: develop long-term reliability programs and PM schedules for radar uptime.
• Lead engineers, technicians, and specialists in microwave, RF, and DSP systems.
• Manage budgets, CapEx forecasts, and vendor contracts for radar components.
