Job summary

ABB seeks an experienced Local Division Manager to lead Electrification Services (ELSE) across the UAE and Oman. You will oversee country operations, drive profitable growth, and implement global strategies locally.

This hands-on leadership role requires managing a multi-level organization with P&L accountability and a focus on service excellence. You will be accountable for developing and executing growth plans, aligning with global objectives, and ensuring high-quality products and services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related technical field.
• Master's degree in business administration or equivalent advanced business qualification.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in service management, operations, or business leadership.
• Demonstrated success in P&L management and driving profitable growth.
• Proven track record in leading multi-level organizations with both direct and indirect reports.
• Solid understanding of operational excellence, quality management, HSE, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead Electrification Services (ELSE) operations across the UAE & Oman, with P&L accountability.
• Develop and execute business growth plans aligned with global Product Group objectives.
• Own P&L accountability and drive profitable growth with performance targets and reviews.
• Build and implement service strategies, ensure delivery standards, and monitor quality metrics.
• Develop relationships with key customers to drive satisfaction and opportunities.
• Lead a multi-level organization, develop talent and high-performing teams.
• Drive continuous improvement, introduce new service offerings, and ensure HSE compliance.
