• Install, maintain and repair electrical systems and fixtures in luxury homes
• Conduct inspections and troubleshoot complex electrical issues
• Coordinate with contractors and architects to ensure seamless electrical integration in renovation and construction projects
• Provide input on upgrades and energy‑efficiency improvements
• Ensure compliance with all local and national electrical codes and safety regulations
• Maintain confidentiality and respect clients' privacy at all times
• Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used
• The role involves working as an electrician along with providing additional support in caring for dogs when required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or electrical certification is a must
