Job summary

Atlantis Resorts in the UAE is seeking a skilled facilities maintenance technician to inspect, perform and manage preventative maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and related systems within a luxury resort environment.

The role requires hands-on experience, the ability to work independently, and strong safety adherence. You will contribute to high-quality guest experiences and collaborate with a diverse team across maintenance disciplines.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years in a facilities maintenance trade with trade school or higher education.
• Experience across Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Carpentry, AV and life-safety systems.
• Ability to perform maintenance with minimal supervision and follow safety guidelines.
• Familiarity with CBM/PM programs and equipment manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform and inspect preventative maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and related facilities.
• Follow safety guidelines and use PPE; keep areas clean and organized.
• Respond to emergencies and escalate issues to supervisors as needed.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensure calibration is up-to-date; train others as required.
