Ideal candidates have proven supervisory experience in construction, strong knowledge of UAE electrical codes, and the ability to read schematics. On-site work with flexible hours in Dubai is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Electrical Foreman or similar supervisory role on construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring and UAE safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the electrical team on construction sites.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with local codes, safety regulations and project specs.
• Lead installation, testing and maintenance of electrical systems and components.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and other contractors for seamless workflow.
• Inspect systems to identify hazards, defects or adjustments and ensure code compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of materials, labor and progress reports.
• Train and mentor junior electricians and apprentices to boost performance.
• Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
