Job summary

Waagner Biro Bridge Services in Dubai is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to perform inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, including MCC panels, MDB/SMDBs and UPS. You will diagnose faults, oversee third-party inspections and maintain detailed maintenance records to ensure reliability.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, a UAE driving license, and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Attend inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance and PPM services by subcontractors.
• Check MEP operation on daily basis for smooth operation.
• Prepare MEP reports (daily/monthly/quarterly/yearly).
• Prepare schedule for daily MEP work.
• Record keeping (PPM reports, schedules and third-party inspection certificates).
• Minimize operation related comments by third party.
• Support BMMS team for inspections.
• Project handover documents preparation and follow up.

Job Description

• Attend Inspections, Preventive / Corrective Maintenance and PPM Services by Subcontractors.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Diagnose system faults and implement technical solutions with minimum downtime.
• Maintain maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and asset history records.

Qualifications
