Job summary

Waagner Biro Bridge Services in Dubai seeks an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, inspect MEP operations, and prepare detailed reports. The role requires a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, a UAE driving license, and at least six years of relevant experience.

You will coordinate with subcontractors, maintain logs, and support inspections while ensuring minimal downtime and safe, compliant operations on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from a reputed university.
• Must have a valid UAE driving license.
• Minimum of 6 years of similar experience.

Responsibilities

• Attend inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance and PPM services by subcontractors.
• Check MEP operation on a daily basis for smooth operation.
• Prepare MEP reports (daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly).
• Prepare schedules for daily MEP work.
• Record keeping for PPM reports, schedules, and third-party inspection certificates.
• Support BMMS team for inspections.
• Prepare project handover documents and follow up.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical systems (MCC panels, MDB/SMDBs, UPS, lighting networks, motors, pumps, automation).
• Diagnose faults and implement solutions with minimal downtime.
• Maintain maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and asset history records.

About the Role

• Attend Inspections, Preventive / Corrective Maintenance and PPM Services by Subcontractors.
