Job summary

Ginco Electrical & Sanitary Contracting Co. LLC (GESCO) seeks a skilled BIM engineer to develop electrical BIM models, manage containment and cable routing, and ensure precise clash-free coordination with MEP disciplines for building projects.

You will prepare installation drawings, attend coordination meetings, and maintain version-controlled models, supporting site teams with accurate digital information throughout the construction lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years UAE/GCC experience in BIM modeling for electrical systems.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks for clash detection.
• Strong knowledge of containment, cable routing and shop drawings.
• Experience coordinating with mechanical, plumbing and structural BIM teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop 3D BIM models for electrical systems including containment, cable routing and lighting layouts.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination with mechanical, plumbing and structural BIM models.
• Prepare and update coordinated shop drawings and installation drawings.
• Attend BIM coordination meetings and resolve design conflicts in a timely manner.
• Maintain model accuracy and version control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the technical and site teams with model-derived information for construction.
