Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Model electrical systems and equipment in BIM from project models.
Prepare electrical shop drawings and coordinated layouts from BIM models.
Coordinate electrical models with HVAC, plumbing, and other services.
Perform clash detection and resolve issues using Navisworks or similar tools.
Update BIM models based on approved drawings and site requirements.
Prepare coordinated shop drawings and as-built drawings per specs.
Coordinate with BIM coordinators, engineers, draftsmen, consultants, and site teams.
Ensure model accuracy, drawing quality, and timely submission of deliverables.
